Chrome blocks submission of forms

Since version 57, Google´s browser Chrome started blocking the submission of forms with content created by regular HTML editor inputs. The problem is that this is preventing many sites that use regular HTML content editors, e.g. CMS, to work in some cases, despite there is no real XSS exploit going on.
